This article describes how to stop a data hub automated upload that has failed due to a data or SQL related issue.
Click on Data Hub
Click on Data Hub to go to the Data Hub interface.
Data Hub Monitor Interface
Click on "Expand" on the latest data hub upload to view detail
Check Monitor Check Status
- Red icon designates that there was an issue.
- Click on "Delete" to delete the latest upload
Review Pop-Up Message
Click "OK" to delete the extraction.
Review Second Message to confirm Deletion
Click "Delete" to Delete.
The extra step has been added due to users mistakenly canceling processes they did not mean to cancel.
Process is Canceled
You may proceed to commence the next upload after the data issues are addresses.
